Original oil painting by artist, Farshad Lanjani (Iranian-American; 20th/21st century), of nude female figure. Dated 1989. Oil on stretched canvas. Signed and dated to the lower left. Artist name, title, and date inscribed to the verso. In overall good condition with minor scuffing to paint. Canvas measures 18” x 24”. Framed in a 3" gold leaf, wood frame.
About the Artist:
Farshad Lanjani was born in Tehran, Iran. He studied sculpture in India before coming to Ohio and receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Columbus College of Art and Design. Farshad works in a variety of styles and his art can be found in many public and private collections including mural projects throughout Columbus.
